James Mills Photography

Woodlands hold a special attraction for me. Mountain biking trips in the local area gave me a good taste of the local tracks, woodlands and dales and being out in all weathers, all year round gave a good grounding in the effect of the changing seasons and light. I enjoy the challenge of exploring these and trying to capture their special character.

Jenny Oldknow.

My passion is to paint animals, both wild and domestic, and the rural British landscape, using my favourite medium of watercolour in a loose and expressive style. Karen Frenkel Landscape Photography

Constantly aware of the changing light and landscapes around her, Karen's photographs capture the real atmosphere of a place. She often returns to the same site at different times of the day and in each season, seeking out those fleeting moments presented by weather conditions and dramatic light that make each of her images unique. This dedicated approach and knowledge of the landscape has helped Karen become a most respected and much sought-after landscape photographer, especially for images of her native Peak District.

Michela Griffith

Michéla looks to create images that show that the camera can be used as a creative tool as much as a paintbrush. Her “Streamscapes” – studies of water and light from the River Dove – are often mistaken for paintings. Limited edition fine art prints, landscape prints and cards are available.

Sarah Burgess

Originally an embroiderer, I now work with whatever materials seem appropriate. Drawing is fundamental but may be achieved through wrapping, mono-print and stitch as well as charcoal and ink. Issues of frailty and resilience intrigue me often developed through landscape, plant growth and collected objects.
