Awesome Walls Stockport, situated in the massive engine house at Pear Mill, opened its doors to the climbing world in December 2007. It is without doubt the largest climbing centre in England and comprises a colossal amount of leading, top-roping and bouldering to keep even the most frequent user happy year round

The Foundry Climbing Centre

The Foundry Climbing Centre opened in 1991 as the UK’s first dedicated indoor climbing centre. Over two decades on, The Foundry continues to be a top class training facility and a fun and friendly environment for people new to the sport of climbing.

Wirksworth Leisure Centre

The face consists of a fully featured bouldering wall with up to sixty set boulder problems at any one time, seventeen lead and top rope walls containing up to 85 routes and a 10m abseil platform, ideal for training.
